This is my 7.3 2001 f250, I purchased it from an elderly women in Bradenton Florida who's husband had pasted away and she could not maneuver the vehicle. As you can see I have made some changes. I put a Pro-Comp 6.5" lift and Pernelli Jones 37" tires, a super chip programmer and to help it breath a 4" MBRP exhaust. A set of 4.56 gears to compensate for the tires and a positraction front end. A train horn with a 5 gallon air tank to blow off a little steam now and then. I had just recently took a trip to the Florida Keys and recorded 20 mpg staying the speed limit of course.
