this is a project still in the works, but its a 79 Jeep CJ5 with a new 6" suspension, body, will be putting dana 44 axles under it soon, has a 87 3.9L 4BT Cummins Turbo Diesel that makes about 105hp/265ft.lbs. trq stock. thats mated to a Sm465 with a dana 20 t-case.

I'm in the process of starting the same build. Just purchased the cj5. Hopefully I can locate a motor in my neck of the woods. Your project looks good so far. Keep posting your progress please. Any info would be valuable to me.
