Always wanted to do this swap to my 77 Cj5, and after going to the Florida Jeepers website and reading through all your posts and pics and a little drooling, im doing the 4bt swap. Im hoping to use your pics kind of like a guide, if you dont mind, and try to get all the parts im gonna need to minimize my downtime, so i guess ill leave the 304 in till then. Hopefully i can have all the parts by this winter so i can do it then, i dont drive it much in the winter anyway. Do you have any tips or anything to help me along? Oh yeah, and your jeep is the second coolest vehicle on this website, sorry, the  coolest is the tow king F-550 with the twin turbo cummins.

I'm in the process of starting the same build. Just purchased the cj5. Hopefully I can locate a motor in my neck of the woods. Your project looks good so far. Keep posting your progress please. Any info would be valuable to me.
