This my Beauty, just picked it up this past week and I am enjoying it. Have been reading Diesel power about a year and finally broke down and bought my first diesel truck.

Hey, don't listen to the cumapart driver. You did good. Take it from someone that has learned quite a big about the Duramax, you picked a great engine. I'm Co-Owner of Team Overkill Diesel Performance. The Duramax has come a long way from the LB7 all the way to the LMM. If you have any questions on upgrades, be sure to ask.
